Yoga for your eyes
As age dawns upon us, one of the most common problems faced by many is vision-related. These issues stem from the loss of the tone and the flexibility in the eye muscles, which happens due to the monotony in the pattern of its working and thus, start losing to focus on different objects. - Eye- Rotations
For improving vision, preventing any possible eye disorders and for the relaxation of the eyes, sitting cross-legged and in an erect manner, slowly move your eyes in the following manners shown below; namely up-down, left-right, etc.
- Eye Focusing
To improve the ability of the eyes to focus on different objects easily and in a fast manner, hold your right hand with your thumb upright and move it towards and away from your eyes making sure your focus if on the thumb.

Defined as a means of gazing at an object continuously for a fixed period, this helps in improving your sight, concentration and lowers high myopia. This is done by sitting cross-legged and in an erect manner and placing a candle slightly away and concentrating on the flame for as long as possible without blinking. Then, close your eyes and visualize the candle as clearly as possible. Maintain the image for a while.
Repeat each exercise 6-8 times, taking deep breaths and practice them regularly to see benefits.
