  • During the primary trimester of pregnancy

  • If you're not feeling well or are ill
  • On an open wound

Items you'll need:

  • Small ceramic, glass, or chrome steel bowl
  • Mug warmer
  • Oil
  • Two towels; One, for standing or sitting towel to use oil; the other, to dry off.
  • A comfortable, warm room to stop being chilled 10-20 minutes of it slow

If you'd opt to add something extra, practitioners recommend Balm for belly, hips and breasts. Wear a robe and slippers or socks to safeguard your floors from oils and anything you may bump against before dressing.

Caution: oils will stain, will be flammable, and will clog drains

The oils on the towels are going to be challenging getting rid of. Preferably, throw away the towels once they get heavy and unhealthy. If they're oily after washing, then it's best to hold dry or throw away. The one you stand on to use the oil is going to be the primary to travel.
