Join the whole tomatoes, diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, sugar, cumin & lemon juice in a blender. Beat until you get the salsa to the consistency you would like to eat. Taste the seasoning with a tortilla chip & set as required.
Refrigerate the salsa for 60 minutes before serving.
