Health benefits of ghee
Ghee is a purified butter, meaning that it is cooked down so the milk fat and dairy solids separate. The foam on top of the ghee consists of allergens which are later skimmed and leaves the pure golden milk fat. Ghee is also used as a traditional medicine. Ghee consists of saturated fats and lots of benefits in it. The benefits are as follows;

Ghee is considered as a positive food and in ayurveda it is the most satvic food. Satvic foods boost positivity, expansion of consciousness, and growth. Hence it is a positive food as it provides a good amount of energy to the body.
