Here are the best fruits with sugar levels between 1- 13 grams at most on a single cup serving. Apart from low sugar levels, these fruits are beneficial as they contain vitamins, minerals and fibre. High fibre is a good option as it ensures your blood sugar levels don’t spike quickly and all at once.

The yellow lemons and green limes are sour to taste but contain high levels of Vitamin C and make for a perfect, refreshing drink when you squeeze some lemon into a glass of water.
With just about 5 grams of sugar and lots of fibre that keep you filed.
