Deep Dish Double Chocolate Breakfast Cookies
Profound dish, twofold chocolate, breakfast cookies which didn't really begin as cookies by any means.
They began as an insane thought to bake a smoothie. I assumed that the vast majority of my oatmeal smoothies were simply runny batters, in any case, so I took the ingredients for my hot chocolate breakfast smoothie, subtracted some milk, included some baking powder.

At first look, these may resemble a truly awful decision however they are really made with oats, bananas & chocolate chips. The banana includes sweetness so there's no need to include sugar.
Recipe to make such delicious & healthy cookies for your breakfast
Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) & lightly grease 2 oven-safe dishes with cooking spray or oil. Put aside.
Add the 1 cup (80 g) quick oats; 1/4 cup (20 g) unsweetened cocoa powder & 1 tsp baking powder to a blender & process on high until the oats have broken down into the consistency of fine flour, for around 10 seconds.
Add all of the left over ingredients. 1/2 cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk, 1 medium-size ripe banana (100 g), 2 Tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup, 2 Tbsp (32 g) nut/seed butter & 1 tsp vanilla extract & process on high until the batter becomes smooth & velvety, for around 20 seconds.
Occasionally stop & rub down the sides of your blender, if essential. At last,, fold in the 2 tbsp (30 g) vegan chocolate chips by hand.
Divide the batter between the 2 dishes & overlay in the chocolate chips. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick embedded into the center comes out clean. Expel from oven & allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
