Is Sexual Intercourse during Menses safe?
Well, Ayurveda suggests you avoid any sexual intercourse during menses. According to the Rajaswala Paricharya, a Rajaswala (a woman having her menses) should follow complete abstinence.
According to Ayurveda a Rajaswala should not have sex. This is mainly because the experts on Ayurveda believes that the hormone (Oxytocin) released during the sexual intercourse causes antiperistaltic movements in the uterine walls (a movement from down to up) while it usually should be the other way around (from up to down) for the evacuation of menstrual blood.
Does Size matter?
Ayurveda also believes that the weight of an individual plays a great role in satisfying one another. This Vedic text suggests you to lose weight to increase the pleasure of it.
Is Kinky stuff okay?
According to Ayurveda sex is a form of relaxation. Therefore, it should soothe your soul rather than scar it. Ayurveda is strictly against violent sex and claims that it is not healthy at all. Sex that can soothe your soul can have amazing benefits to your overall health.
What is Ayurveda’s take on Oral Sex?
Ayurveda says NO to oral sex or any other form of sex. It believes in using only the sexual organs for consummating.

Well, controlling is difficult but remember that, “Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweeter.” That is why there is an ideal time for you to have sex. According to Ayurveda, the best time is the time of the day and the year when the vata expression is the maximum. That is the early evening, before or about 10 pm and in the morning after sunrise but before 10 am.
