Yoga, our ancient Indian wisdom is easy to find at many centers and studios in the city. The emerging yoga studios have made yoga accessible to almost everyone. This is wonderful for the young population India is blessed with at the moment. Prenatal yoga: also known as pregnancy yoga classes in Bangalore, prenatal yoga is an excellent way to keep in shape for the mother as well as focus on the general well being of the new born on his/her way. Prenatal generally starts from the 2nd trimester and includes various breathing techniques as well as simple asanas done with props. Safety of the mother and the child is the prime concern during a prenatal session.
Power yoga: Power yoga focusses on a cardiovascular workout. The postures are practiced in repetition and at a fast pace in order to increase the heart rate. It is excellent for weight loss.
