Ø Include milk in any form and cheese.
Ø Other good sources are green leafy vegetables such as amaranth, drumstick leaves, mustard greens, spinach, fenugreek etc. Root vegetables, such as tapioca are also good source.
Ø Millet ragi and grain amaranth are also rich in calcium.
Ø Small fish when eaten with the bone also give a lot of calcium.
Ø Fortified soya milk and malted ragi may also be consumed.
