The most nutritious and stuffing meal for your child are the paratha wraps.
Prefer to make the parathas soft and small by using ghee.
Spread a layer of jam or sauce based on your kids liking

It can be served as an evening snack, lunch or dinner

2. Stuffed idlis
You can use stuffed idlis as a minor meal.
Potatoes are the all time favourite, so you can make a nice potato filling for your kid.
Take the potato filling, put some idli batter in the mould, then add the potato filling and top it with some more idli batter ,on top of the potato filling and let it steam for 15 min.
The stuffed idlis are ready to pack

It can also be used as an evening snack.
3. Boiled Eggs
Egg are highly nutritious and yummy for a childs health, but do not feed eggs to your child during the monsoons as it is not the right time.
Instead winter is the best option.
Lots of nutrients and quality fat are present in the egg yolk, make sure your kid eats it as it known to help the child in formation of a brain.
4. Raagi dosas
Ragi dosa is also one of the good option for your kid.
Add two spoons full of ragi powder to the normal dosa batter and let it soak for ten minutes.
The dosa batter becomes rich in calcium.
Likewise Cook the dosa normally and serve it with jam or sauce.
5. Bread rolls
Prepare a potato stuffing according to ur taste.
To make it nutritious add some small veggies.
For deep frying heat some oil in a pan.
Now dip the bread loaf in the water and remove it as soon as possible.
Later, squeeze the loaf in between both the hands
Excess water will be removed.
Now in the centre of the bread place the filling and cover it from all the sides.
Ensure that the bread is covered with all sides
Now deep fry the bread rolls when the oil is heated .
And the bread rolls are ready to pack.
