For preparing the icing follow the given process:
Mix all of the ingredients for icing together in a small bowl until thoroughly mixed & smooth. 2 tablespoons of butter alternative (you can even use regular butter but it would not be dairy-free), ½ cup of Yogurt Alternative, ½ cup of dairy free cream cheese (you can even use regular cream cheese but it would not be dairy-free), ? cup of castor sugar.
Place icing into a small plastic bag & carefully cut the edge of the bottom of bag.
When cookies have cooled, you can decorate the cookies by spreading the icing over cookies.
You can store the remaining cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
