Packed with multivitamins like A, B, C, E and minerals such as iron and zinc, and also contains lutein & zeaxanthin, spinach helps in keeping your eyes healthy. Eat spinach on a daily basis. You can either consume it in the form of juice or add it in your daily veggies, as well as salad.
Carrots are loaded with beta-carotene that transforms into vitamin A which enhances the general well-being of the eyes. You can consume carrots in several ways like carrot soup, including carrots in sandwiches, add it to curries, muffins, salads, etc.
Fishes like salmon, tuna, sardine, mackerel, etc. are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which prevent dryness of the eyes. Consume fish at least twice a week for noticeable results.
