Rotate your next in a clockwise and counter-clockwise direction. Nod your neck side to side from one shoulder to another. Follow this procedure for 10 minutes for 2-3 times a day. Rotating your both arms clockwise and anti-clockwise will also help in relieving the pain.
Epsom salt bath helps in relaxing the muscles and is an easy way to ease the pain. Dissolve 2 cups of Epsom salt in warm water and relax in it for a bit. You can also prepare an Epson salt paste by mixing 2 tablespoons if Epsom salt in a water. Form a thick paste like consistency and apply it on the affected area. Allow it to work for 15-20 minutes.

Ginger helps in improving blood circulation and is an excellent home remedy to cure cervical spondylosis. Prepare ginger tea by putting 1 tablespoon of sliced ginger in boiling water. Simmer it for 10 minutes and strain it afterward. Add a dash of flavor by mixing honey. Consume this tea thrice a day. This will help in overcoming the symptoms of cervical spondylosis.
