Vitamin E Oil
Applying vitamin E oil on the affected area can be extremely helpful. Mix natural D-alpha tocopherol with tocopherols as it will help in easing out the symptoms of eczema. Make sure to use original Vitamin E oil as the synthetic version can cause harm. Read the labels closely before purchasing the product.
Tea Tree Oil
Tea Tree Oil has proven to be an excellent remedy for eczema. It contains antiseptic properties that soothe itch while healing the skin. It also prevents further infection and reduces inflammation due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
Tea tree oil happens to be a strong one, thus it is better to dilute it. Mix 15-20 drops of tea tree oil with a ½ cup of coconut oil. Gently apply the oil onto affected areas twice a day. You can additionally take a tea tree oil bath for relief. Add 15 drops of tea tree oil, 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil or almond oil (whichever suits you) to your bathing water and soak for about 20 minutes.
Chamomile is known for its soothing properties to the skin. It can be used in a form of tea or can be used as a bath additive to create a chamomile bath that heals. Boil water and place 4-5 tea bags of chamomile tea. Allow it to steep. Add this tea to your bathing water and swirl it to blend evenly. Sit back, relax and enjoy your bath. You can also prepare chamomile tea while soaking in the chamomile water to gain maximum benefits.
Honey plays an essential role in easing out the symptoms of eczema. Due to its anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory, honey speeds up the healing process. Because it tends to stick, it is best to use honey in small applications. Take raw organic honey and apply it on the affected areas. Seal it with the bandage and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse with cold water afterward. Repeat this process thrice a day.
Coconut oil is known for its anti-inflammatory & soothing properties. It does a great job in treating & healing almost every skin infection. Gently apply coconut oil onto the affected areas, and allow it to dry. Apply as required.
