15 Diet and Health Tips Every 30 year Old Should Know
As you step into your thirties, your body goes through a considerable change. 3. Quit the white stick

4. Be more active
A sedentary lifestyle can leave you with severe health conditions such as obesity, diabetes or a heart disease. Your job may require you to sit in front of your computer for long hours, but make sure that you manage to plan your activities in such a way that there is an adequate amount of activity in your daily life. Stand up and take a walk while making phone calls, use the farthest washroom, keep yourself well hydrated which will increase your trips to the toilet and use the stairs instead of the lift.
5. Be moderate when it comes to drinking
An evening after a hectic day at office, the birthday party of your best buddy, breaking up from a long-term relationship or a trip to the serene mountains- every occasion calls for a drink in today’s times. While drinking comes up as the obvious first choice for celebrating and mourning alike, too much of it can have adverse effects on your health. Too much of alcohol can make you overweight and also be the reason for stroke or cancer. It is better that you drink in moderation. It saves both your money and health.

It is important to have a steady relationship with your family doctor. He/ She would have an acute knowledge about your medical history, the allergies that you have and the way your body reacts to certain medications. Your well-being also depends on the medical history of your family members. If you are well acquainted with their health history, it allows you to be better prepared for disorders that can be hereditary like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, asthma, etc.
