10 Effective Ways Ayurveda Can Help In Female Infertility
The condition when the woman does not get pregnant despite having carefully timed, unprotected sex for one year, or when she fails to retain a fetus till childbirth, is termed as infertility. > In a glass of warm water, mix 1 tablespoon of ashwagandha powder.
> Drink it twice a day.
> Grind 10 to 12 dates and 2 tbsp of chopped coriander root to form a paste.
> Add ¾ cup of cow’s milk to the paste and boil it.
> Allow it to cool and drink this once daily for a week from the date of your last period.
> Eat 6 to 8 dates daily as a healthy snack.
3. Banyan Tree Roots
> Completely dry the tender roots of a banyan tree in the sun. Grind the dried roots right into a powder.
> Combine 1 to 2 tablespoons of the powder in a glass of milk. Drink it each day on an empty abdomen for three consecutive nights after your durations are over. Avoid eating anything for an hour after ingesting it.
> Carry out this treatment for a month (Not to be used during your menstrual cycle).
> Eat fresh pomegranate fruit and drink pomegranate juice.
> Combine equal quantities of finely powdered pomegranate seeds and bark. Take ½ teaspoon of this combination with a glass of hot water twice every day for some weeks.
> Add 1 tsp of cinnamon powder to a cup of scorching water. Drink it every day for just a few months.
> Include cinnamon in your diet plan by sprinkling cinnamon powder in your cereal, oatmeal, or yoghurt.
6. Maca Root
> In a cup- of lukewarm water or milk, combine half a tsp of maca root powder. Drink it every day continuously for a few months.
> You can also add maca root powder to your smoothies or breakfast cereal
> Or take a maca root supplement if advised by your physician.
7. Chaste berry
> Add 1 tsp of dried chaste berries to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes and strain it. Drink this tea every day for a couple of weeks or months.
> You can also take chaste berry dietary supplements, in the form of capsules, liquid extract or tinctures after seeking the advice of your physician.
8. Raspberry Leaf
> Pour 1 tbsp of dried red raspberry leaves into a cup of hot boiled water. Cover and let it steep for at least 15-30 minutes. Drink it once daily.
> Red Raspberry leaf is also available in the form of tincture (liquid drops) and tablets.
9. Red Clover
> Pour a cup of hot boiling water onto a handful of dried blossoms. Let it infuse for 2 hours, and strain the liquid.
> Allow it to cool, and drink it every day.
10. Helonias Root
> Grind the dried roots into a powder. Combine 1 to 2 tbsps of the powder in a glass of lukewarm water.
> It can also be taken in the form of herbal tea or tonics.
