11 Easy Ways to Manage High Blood Sugar

Cinnamon naturally lowers down your sugar levels by stimulating the insulin activity. Cinnamon is a source of bioactive components that help in fighting and preventing diabetes. Boil 1 cup of water and add 2-4 cinnamon sticks. Allow it to steep for 20-25 minutes and strain afterward. Consume this cinnamon solution on a daily basis.
Gooseberry is a rich source of Vitamin C and it helps in promoting the proper functioning of your pancreas. Cut 2-3 gooseberries in half and deseed them. Blend the gooseberries until they form a fine paste. Place the paste in a cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice. Mix 2 tablespoon of juice in the water and consume it. Follow this process for a few months.
Fenugreek is an excellent remedy to control high sugar and improve glucose tolerance. Soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds overnight. Consume the water along with the seeds in the morning empty stomach. Follow this process for a few months. You can also mix 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds powder in the milk and consume.
4. Green Tea
Green tea is high in polyphenol content and unfermented. Prepare green tea as usual but don’t include any other ingredient in the tea such as lemon or honey. Drink the tea as it is in the morning or before consuming the meals.
5. Holy Basil
Tulsi or holy basil can help in lower down the levels of sugar. Either consume 2-3 holy basil leaves or consume 1 tablespoon of Tulsi juice empty stomach.
6. Bitter Gourd
Bitter gourd is proven to keep the insulin on the track. Take 2-3 bitter gourds and remove the seeds. Take the juice of these bitter gourds by putting them in the juicer. Add some water to it and consume it in the morning on the daily basis. Follow this remedy for at least 2 months.
7. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar promotes lower fasting blood sugar levels. It also sufficiently influences the body’s response towards sugars and improves insulin sensitivity. Mix 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 8 ounces of water or add ACD in your salads as a dressing.
8. Indian Blackberry
Take out the seeds of Indian blackberry (Jambul) and put them in the sunlight. You will require the dry seeds so you can prepare a powder. Consume this prepared powder twice a day with water.
9. Drumstick Leaves
Drumstick leaves are an excellent energy booster and lower down blood pressure easily. Take a few drumstick leaves crush them to extract the juice. Consume ¼ cup of the juice empty stomach. Repeat this process on a daily basis and notice visible results.
