What is hot yoga?
While different yoga classes offer different styles of yoga, a lot of people look for hot yoga classes in Bangalore.
The idea behind hot yoga is that the studio temperature is increased by 10 to 12 degrees in order to make the practitioner sweat more. While yoga is a brilliant form of sweating out the natural way, we at Nivesaa believe that an artificially induced way to sweat can be counterproductive.
Hot yoga works better in countries with sub-zero degree temperature. But in a country like India, one does not need a hot yoga session so to say as we sweat out enough anyway and more than that may be dehydrating. So keep that in mind when you look for hot yoga sessions in the future.
